Suburban Tobacco Store Owner Sentenced to More Than Six Years in Prison for $5.45 Million State and Federal Tax Fraud

The United States Marshals Service issued the following statement: On September 1, 2011, suspected bank robber Daniel Ryan Schoppe, 23, was arrested at the Motel 6, near Ilif Road NW and Coors Boulevard NW in northwest Albuquerque. Schoppe was wanted by the United States Marshals Service in Albuquerque for an outstanding warrant for a violation of his terms of probation.
