NYPD Officer Pleads Guilty to Extortion and Criminal Civil Rights Violation

A man who possessed child pornography pled guilty on January 20, 2012, in federal court in Sioux City. Terry Tyson, age 54, from Onawa, Iowa, was convicted of one count of possessing child pornography. At the plea hearing, Tyson admitted that he knowingly possessed child pornography on a computer in his residence.
