Houston-Area Tax Return Preparer Pleads Guilty

WASHINGTON — A Virginia contractor pleaded guilty today to participating in a scheme to steer contracts to him for repair, maintenance and renovation work at healthcare and nursing home facilities owned by Medical Facilities of America Inc.
